Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026. These terms apply to the Nexus Intel bots, the Nexus Intel Discord server, and this website, all run by dobre_sk ("we", "us"). By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
// 1_THE_SERVICE
Nexus Intel is a set of Discord bots that run security checks on public information, such as links, email addresses, IP addresses, domains, file hashes, Discord invites and Discord accounts. It is meant to help communities defend themselves. The exact list of commands can change at any time.
// 2_WHO_CAN_USE_IT
- You must be old enough to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and follow them, along with Discord's Community Guidelines and Developer Policy, whenever you use Nexus Intel.
- If you act for a server or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
// 3_ACCESS_&_APPROVAL
- Nexus Intel is invite-only. Servers and personal accounts must be approved by staff before the bot works for them.
- There are two kinds of access. A Personal User App approval unlocks the OSINT toolkit for your own account. A Server Whitelist approval unlocks only the server protection tools (such as
/serverscan,/raidcheckand/antiraid) for that server, and only the server owner and members with Manage Server or Administrator can use them. A server approval does not give anyone in that server the OSINT commands. - Approval is tied to your server or account and cannot be sold, shared or transferred.
- We can approve, deny, limit or revoke access at any time and for any reason, including inactivity, misuse or abuse of the service. Unapproved servers are removed automatically.
// 4_ACCEPTABLE_USE
You agree to use Nexus Intel only for lawful security purposes, such as protecting your community or auditing your own accounts. You must not:
- stalk, harass, dox, threaten or track any person, or help anyone else do so;
- check emails, IP addresses or accounts of other people without a legitimate security reason and, where the law requires it, their permission;
- use results to blackmail, extort, discriminate against, or publicly shame anyone;
- scan private, personal or confidential links (links sent to VirusTotal may become visible to others);
- point the bot at systems you don't own to attack, probe, or overload them;
- bypass, test or try to get around access locks, cooldowns or rate limits;
- turn on anti-raid or other protection tools to remove people unfairly. Server owners are responsible for how they configure them;
- resell the service or its results, or copy it to build a competing service;
- break any law or any third party's rights.
You are responsible for what you do with the results. Breaking these rules may lead to access removal, a ban from the Nexus Intel server, and, where the law requires, a report to the relevant authorities.
// 5_WHAT_YOU_SEND
Anything you enter into a command is sent to the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. Those services have their own terms, and you agree to follow them when using the commands that rely on them.
// 6_WATCHLIST
Anyone in the Nexus Intel Discord server can report Discord or Roblox accounts for abuse such as scams or raids, using the report panel. Only members of the staff role can approve or deny a report, nothing is added without their decision, and they cannot approve their own reports. Entries expire after 180 days unless re-confirmed. Watchlist entries and risk levels from /userrisk are signals to help human judgment, not proof that someone did something wrong. Don't take punitive action against a person based only on a Nexus Intel result. If you believe you were listed by mistake, start an appeal in the Nexus Intel Appeals server (or open a ticket in the main server) and staff will review it. Don't submit false or malicious reports or appeals; doing so can get your access removed.
// 7_ACCURACY_&_DISCLAIMER
Results come from third-party data and automated checks, and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. A "clean" or "low risk" result does not prove that a link, file, address or account is safe, and a breach record does not prove that an account was compromised. Nexus Intel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy or availability. It is not professional security, legal or investigative advice.
// 8_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, revenue or reputation, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Nexus Intel, or from decisions you make based on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional wrongdoing.
// 9_CHANGES_&_ENDING
- We may change, suspend or shut down any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Nexus Intel after a change means you accept it. Important changes will be announced in the Discord server.
- You can stop using Nexus Intel at any time by removing the bot from your server or uninstalling the personal app. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the disclaimer and limitation of liability) stay in effect afterwards.
