Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026. Nexus Intel is a small, independently run Discord bot network operated by dobre_sk. This page explains what it does with data in plain language. The rules for using the service are in our Terms of Service.

// WHAT_WE_STORE

Server settings: if a server owner turns on anti-raid, we store the server ID and the minimum account age they chose. When someone joins that server, the bot checks how old their Discord account is and may remove them if it is newer than the limit. Nothing about the removed person is stored. The other server protection commands only read information Discord already provides to the bot in that server and send nothing to outside services.

Reports and watchlist: anyone in the Nexus Intel Discord server can submit a report about a Discord or Roblox account through the report panel. A report holds the account ID, a short reason, a description of the evidence, and the reporter's user ID. Staff review it. Rejected reports are deleted and their staff-channel message is stripped of details. If staff approve a report, the account's ID and reason go on the watchlist with the reviewer and date, and approved users can see the reason through /userrisk and /robloxcheck. Entries and their approved reports are deleted automatically after 180 days unless re-confirmed.

Appeals: appeals are handled in the Nexus Intel Appeals server. When you start one, the bot opens a private ticket that only you and our reviewers can see. The answers you write stay in that ticket, which is deleted when it is closed. We keep only the appeal's ID, your user ID, the account being appealed, the outcome and the dates, and remove them automatically after about 30 days. That record lets us enforce the 14-day wait after a denied appeal. For Roblox appeals you add a short code to your public Roblox profile description, and the bot only checks that your public profile contains it. If an entry is removed on appeal, its reports are deleted too.

We do not store the emails, links, IP addresses, domains, file hashes or invite codes you check. They are used to answer your command and are not written to a database or log by the bot.

// THIRD_PARTY_SERVICES

To answer a command, the bot sends your input to an outside service. Those services have their own policies:

Command results are sent as private (ephemeral) messages that only you can see.
